Contact you about our products and services and to provide both offline and online marketing: We want to keep you informed about any new products, offers, news and ideas. This may be by post, by email, text message, telephone, online, using social media, push notifications via apps, or by other electronic means.

For our mailing lists:  As part of the registration process for our monthly e-newsletter, we collect personal information such as your name, job title, email address and the company you work for. We use that information to tell you about relevant news, industry insights and promotions. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, Zoho, to deliver our newsletter and marketing campaigns. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see Zoho’s privacy notice.

You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing

For transactional purposes: Facilitate transactions such as to make available our products and services to you, process your orders, take payment from you or give you a refund.

To provide customer insights: Remember you when you visit our website and for statistical analysis. This will help to personalise your website visits, for example by understanding your location or how you use our websites and apps. This helps us to understand more about the products you love so that we can serve you better and to find ways to improve our services and websites.

We do not share your personal information with companies or individuals outside Adapt unless one of the following applies;

  • To enable processing by external affiliates and trusted business partners.

Adapt Architectural uses cookies to better the users experience while visiting the website. Where applicable we use a cookie control system allowing the user on their first visit to the website to allow or disallow the use of cookies on their computer / device.


When someone visits we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site and which site you were referred from. Shortened Links on Social Media

This website through its social media platform accounts may share web links to relevant web pages. By default some social media platforms shorten lengthy urls. Users are advised to take caution and good judgement before clicking any shortened urls published on social media platforms by this website.

Despite the best efforts to ensure only genuine urls are published many social media platforms are prone to spam and hacking and therefore Adapt cannot be held liable for any damages or implications caused by visiting any shortened links.
